Link Type Classifier

The Link Type Classifier is a free tool from Editorial.Link designed for link builders, webmasters, and anyone working with link-building services. It helps you figure out if a website is selling links or not. 

When the tool flags a site as selling links, it gets added to a database of over 100,000 domains, helping you quickly assess the quality and reliability of your link-building strategy.

It’s super simple to use:

1. Make a list of the domains you want to check.
2. Paste those domains into the input field on the tool’s page.
3. Enter your email address so we can send you the results.

4. Click “Check My Links Now.”

That’s it! You’ll get a detailed report showing which domains are flagged for selling links.

When you check a domain, the tool gives you two key pieces of info:

• Type: Shows the status of the domain in our database.
• Reason: Explains why the domain was flagged a certain way.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the statuses:

• Sells Links Directly: The domain is in our database and has been flagged as selling links, either directly or through third parties.
• Local/Niche News Media: The domain is listed in our database but hasn’t been flagged as selling links.
• Not Found in Database: The domain isn’t in our database yet, meaning we haven’t identified it as selling links so far.
