The Challenge

PeopleForce is a top-notch, modern HR platform that makes life easier for businesses. They reached out to us in March 2023 with one main goal—to quickly boost organic traffic, increase brand visibility through quality links from reputable sites, and, of course, bring in more leads and customers.

Their challenge? They didn’t have the time or resources for ongoing SEO. So, they needed a solid solution that would deliver results without them constantly having to be involved.

Our Link-Building Strategy

We jumped in right away, knowing that PeopleForce needed a quick traffic boost and more brand exposure. We’ve started by analyzing competitors and their link profiles. We figured out where the big players in the market were getting their links and which HR tech keywords held the most value.

Our plan was to focus on getting links from high-authority domains (especially in tech and business). We quickly identified sites in our database that could provide the right links for PeopleForce.

At first, we laid the groundwork on the homepage, then moved on to the target pages. Our goal wasn’t just to drive traffic but to ensure a steady stream of quality leads.

The main task was to secure links from well-known and popular sites to boost PeopleForce’s brand visibility. And throughout the project, we successfully landed these links. 

Results

  • Authority Boost (DR). We raised PeopleForce’s DR from 54 to 68. This made the site more authoritative and visible to search engines.
  • Traffic Surge. Monthly traffic shot up from 11,090 to 42,116. This is a clear sign that our strategy worked. 
  • Keyword Expansion. The number of keywords that brought PeopleForce up in search results grew from 4,499 to 19,049.
  • Total Links. Over the course of our work, we built 84 high-quality links (each handpicked for maximum impact).

Conclusion

By August 2024, PeopleForce had seriously leveled up. Thanks to our strategy, the company saw a traffic boost and also significantly increased its brand visibility. This led to more quality leads.
